Reservations

Reservations either by e-mail to info@sointumetsa.fi or to make an appointment via. Reservations are binding.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations must always be notified in writing to Sointumetsä by e-mail to info@sointumetsa.fi. With regard to the refund, the cancellation shall be deemed to have occurred at the moment the information is received by Sointumets by e-mail.

Please cancel by 12 noon on the day before the event, in which case we will not charge you for the cancellation. If you cancel later, we will charge half the price of the service. If you do not cancel at all, we will charge the full price of the service.

If the service has to be cancelled by Sointumetsä, we will refund the full amount of the service already paid for. However, Sointumetsä will not reimburse any travel expenses incurred.

These cancellation and payment conditions apply unless otherwise stated in the offer/confirmation of booking. By accepting these booking and cancellation conditions, the customer agrees to be bound by them.

Obligation of access

The customer is obliged to familiarise himself with these terms and conditions, as well as the terms and conditions for individual products, before paying for the service. The Customer undertakes, at the time of booking and payment, to comply with the booking and cancellation conditions specified by the seller for the product. The right to make changes is reserved.
